I visited Zeytin for brunch with a friend around 10:30 AM after hearing great things about it, and I was eager to see if it lived up to the buzz. Conveniently located off International Boulevard in the Lowe’s Foods parking lot, Zeytin is tucked into a small plaza space, which is to be expected for the area. One of the first things I loved was the menu: it’s thoughtfully curated, not overwhelming, allowing each dish to truly shine. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and the Zeytin omelette, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Their coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the omelette was cooked to perfection. Our server, whose name I can’t recall, was handling multiple tables, so at times it was difficult to get her attention. That said, she was polite and doing her best with the crowd. The restaurant also offers outdoor dining, a cozy bar area, and a tempting dessert case filled with beautifully decadent treats. The moment you step inside, you almost forget you’re still in Myrtle Beach. The atmosphere transports you somewhere else entirely. It’s truly hard to find consistently good food in this area, and Zeytin is a refreshing step above the rest. I would definitely recommend it for special occasions, a relaxing Sunday brunch, or anytime you have family in town and want to impress them with a nice breakfast or lunch spot. I genuinely hope Zeytin continues its excellent food quality and continues to polish its service. This place is a hidden gem. So good, I almost didn’t want to share it! Wishing much success to Zeytin. Myrtle Beach needs more spots like this.

We came here based on good reviews and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent as our waiter Paul was on top of everything leaving barely any time for me to get his attention before he was at the table to help with his smile and great attitude. And the food was well beyond my expectations. I had the Sultan’s Stack which was an explosion of pistachio, cake (pancake) and chocolate with either banana or strawberry which offers something of a sweet burst of flavor. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast every time you come anywhere close to Myrtle Beach.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast. After looking at pictures online I was sure I wanted pancakes. Once we sat down, our server Karla greeted us very fast and quickly asked us questions about what we liked and offered many suggestions. Ultimately I chose the menemen. It was excellent. Not something I would have chose on my own but i was very happy. Great size portions, excellent service and all around a wonderful experience. We will be back and will ask for Karla every time. She was incredible

My husband and I went to Zeytin a little before noon and were seated right away. They had soft music playing in the background, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, including the bathroom. Our waitress Irene was attentive and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Southern Breeze, the Chorizo and Egg Skillet, and the Chopped Steak Pide. Every dish was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be coming back!

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Zeytin, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating — a rare and refreshing experience that made us feel instantly welcome. Now, let’s talk about the food — every single dish was a standout. • The Steak and Eggs were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and hearty, a classic done right with a Zeytin twist. • The Adana Kabab was juicy, well-seasoned, and authentically spiced — a must-try for anyone craving rich, traditional flavors. • The Grilled Chicken Pesto Sandwich offered the perfect balance of crisp bread, tender chicken, and vibrant pesto — light yet satisfying. • And then came the Ricotta Lemon Pancakes — soft, fluffy, with just the right zing of lemon, they were pure perfection. • To top it all off, the Dubai Latte was not only beautifully presented but packed with bold, aromatic flavor — a total treat for coffee lovers. Zeytin has clearly mastered the art of blending exceptional hospitality with unforgettable flavors. Whether you’re stopping in for brunch or a full meal, this place is an absolute gem in South Carolina.

We had heard only good things about Zeytin and were eager to try it when we were in town last week. Wow, we were not disappointed! Our meals were exceptional and then we enjoyed the bonus of several take home desserts afterward. They've created a terrific atmosphere with an inviting decor and an energetic space. The staff are all attentive and super friendly. Shout out to Karla who served us and represented Zeytin with both pride and a smile. The food is fresh, picture perfect, and most importantly delicious. If you live in MB, hurry, go now. If you're visiting, don't miss it as it will leave you wanting to return. AND be sure to try one of everything pistachio because they absolutely kill these sweet treats!!

We were greeted immediately set immediately and had the most wonderful server karla. The atmosphere in food and service was amazing, and I would recommend it to everyone that I know that comes to this area.
